Richie Mo'unga might not be the only All Black returning to New Zealand next year to target a place in the World Cup squad - with another 2023 World Cup runner-up likely to join him

Mo'unga's expected to come home next year after playing a third season for Japanese side Toshiba.

The Herald reports blindside flanker Shannon Frizell is set to follow suit, having played a leading role alongside Mo'unga for the Brave Lupus.

It's thought Frizell will sign for another season in Japan - before returning to New Zealand with an eye to the 2027 World Cup.
