    Three men have been found guilty of murdering Waimate man, Anaru Moana


    A jury's returned verdicts for Hayden Douglas Burt, Aaron Boden and Cody Boyes in the High Court at Christchurch this morning.

    Burt and Boden were also found guilty of violence, kidnapping and drug charges.

    Korina Boyes was found guilty of injuring with intent.

    Moana was last seen five days before Christmas 2021 - his body never found.

    All four offenders will be sentenced next month.
