Uncertainty over what's next for Wellington's now sold Reading Cinema Complex

Uncertainty over what's next for Wellington's now sold Reading Cinema Complex

Prime Property Group has bought the Courtenay Place venue, which has sat empty for six years.

Epic Hospitality Group owner, Greig Wilson, says the sale's great news for the area, with nearby revenue down while the complex was dormant.

He says there's some nervousness the building could be land-banked.

He says it's hoped it'll be restored as a movie, retail and hospitality complex, and he's heard that's most likely.
