    Infringements, checkpoints, and seizures have disrupted antisocial road users in Hutt Valley, north of Wellington


    Police took to the streets in the early hours of this morning, taking a zero-tolerance approach - intercepting a gathering in Pauatahanui.

    Eight vehicles were ordered off the road, 43 infringement notices were issued, and four drivers were processed for excess breath alcohol.

    Ministry of Justice bailiffs also seized four vehicles and collected a large number of fines.
