    The 26-year-old accused of killing UnitedHealthCare CEO Brian Thompson has pleaded not guilty to New York state murder and terrorism charges


    Luigi Mangione has appeared in court to be arraigned on 11 state criminal counts.

    It's possible he'll get the death penalty if convicted on a criminal murder charge.

    During his hearing, Mangione's Lawyer Karen Friedman Agnifilo expressed concern about her client's right to a fair trial.

    She says comments made by Government officials have been prejudiced against him..
