    The Black Ferns Sevens have flexed their muscles to claim the Vancouver world series event in emphatic fashion


    After dispatching rivals Australia 29-10 in the semis, New Zealand trounced Fiji 41-7 in the final.

    Captain Sarah Hirini says she's proud of the way her side bounced back after being beaten in the final in Perth last month.



    New Zealand now six points clear of Australia with three events left.

    Argentina top the men's standings after victory in their final - New Zealand are seventh.
