A 500-thousand-dollar first division Lotto prize - has been unclaimed for four months

A 500-thousand-dollar first division Lotto prize - has been unclaimed for four months

Lotto says two players shared the one-million-dollar first division jackpot on New Years Day - but only one has claimed their share.

The winning ticket was bought at Fresh Choice, in Bay of Plenty's Papamoa.

Corporate Communications Head, Will Hine, says the ticket could be anywhere - and encourages players to check.

The winner can claim their prize until January next year.
