New Zealand's organics sector has grown to more than 1.1 billion dollars in value

Organics Aotearoa New Zealand's, Organic Market Report, reveals a 37 percent in value increase since 2020.

Chief executive Tiffany Tompkins, says we have huge global demand for products that are healthy, nutritious and free from synthetic chemicals.

She says the report also looked locally at food service, for the first time.

Tompkins says the value of organics in restaurants and cafes, came out at 190 million dollars.
