Inflation's cooling in many corners of the economy, but not headline inflation

Latest Stats NZ figures suggest core inflation and domestically-driven non-tradeable inflation are trending downwards.
But annual inflation has risen to 2.7 percent -- up from 2.5 three months ago.
The Herald's Liam Dann says that's driven by basic household bills - council rates, power prices and insurance premiums.
And he says cultural things -- like streaming services -- were the single biggest driver of inflation in the past quarter.
