Public Service Commissioner Sir Brian Roche says he would have sacked Andrew Coster if he'd had to

The former Police Commissioner has resigned as the Social Investment Agency chief executive, effective today.
Coster says he accepts full responsibility for shortcomings when he was in charge - identified in an IPCA report into the handling of serious allegations against then-Deputy Commissioner, Jevon McSkimming.
Roche says Coster has done the right thing.
He says the report indicated a number of significant failings, and Coster was accountable - he's accepted that and acted accordingly.
