Former Silver Ferns skipper Casey Kopua admits there were reservations about her shock return to the netball court

Former Silver Ferns skipper Casey Kopua admits there were reservations about her shock return to the netball court

The 39-year-old - who retired from the elite level in 2019 - played the entire game for the Giants in their defeat by the Melbourne Vixens in the Australian Super Netball competition.

Kopua wanted to remain a one-club player, having spent her entire career with the Waikato-Bay of Plenty Magic, but she appears to have found a loophole.
