    New Zealand Rugby interim CEO Steve Lancaster says today's coaching policy change isn't an admission of fault when hiring Scott Robertson


    Its invited coaches with international experience to apply for the vacant All Blacks job, something Robertson didn't have.



    The appointment panel consists of NZR chair David Kirk, fellow board member Keven Mealamu, high performance guru Don Tricker, interim CEO Steve Lancaster and a yet-to-be announced recently retired All Black.

    They'll lead the process but the board will make the final call.
