A new role and an appointment at New Zealand Rugby as part of their high performance overhaul

Kane Jury will leave his post as an assistant at the Highlanders to become the men's national pathways coach.

Among his priorities will be guiding the New Zealand under-20 and schools teams for the next two years.

Provincial coaches Brock James from Hawke's Bay, James Lentjes from Canterbury, and Will Henry from Otago will join Jury as assistants with the under-20 side.
