Ashley Tisdale wants to share "less and less" on social media

The 39-year-old actress - who is married to Christopher French and has daughters Jupiter, three, and five-month-old Emerson with him - has more than 16 million followers on Instagram but took to the platform on Friday (07.02.25) to reveal why she has stepped back in recent times

She wrote: "As the world is getting loud I find myself wanting to share less and less. Maybe it's because I don't feel I can contribute in my positive way when everything feels so negative.

"I became really present in every moment and there was a sense of pressure that was taken off."

The former 'Suite Life of Zack and Cody' actress acknowledged at the time that part of her career relies on social media, but enjoyed being able to "step away" from it and enjoy family time.

She said: "Social media can be like a job, and I always love having fun with it, but it is part of my work, and it starts to feel like a

"It's really nice to step away and be in moments with my family."
