Chris Hipkins' says Andrew Little's the right person to lead Wellington

Chris Hipkins' says Andrew Little's the right person to lead Wellington

Little led Labour for a time, and served as a minister under Hipkins.

He 's confirmed this morning he's running for the mayoralty, saying the capital's in a fragile place, and needs strong leadership.

Hipkins has praised Little's ability to bring people together - and says that's what the city needs.
