The federal trial to determine the future of musician Sean 'Diddy' Combs is underway in New York

Combs has pleaded not guilty to all charges, including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Potential jurors are being asked if they have any history with sexual assault, or other trauma, and if they could be impartial in the trial.

CNN's Kara Scannell says after the parties questioned several prospective jurors, Combs' attorney asked for a break.

She says Combs told the judge, he's a little nervous today.
