    A man's been arrested and a vehicle seized after a shooting in Lower Hutt's Stokes Valley - that's left a 39-year-old man critically injured


    Emergency services were called to reports a gun had been fired in Hanson Grove, about 9am yesterday.

    A 25-year-old man's been charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm - and unlawful firearm possession.

    He's been remanded in custody after appearing in court today.
