Aaron Rodgers stays in shape so his wife will have sex with him

The 42-year-old athlete does "a lot of push-ups and lifting", amongst other workouts, so that he looks good for Brittani.

Appearing on Wednesday's (04.03.26's) episode of The Pat McAfee Show, Aaron was asked if he is always going to work out and if there was a reason behind it.

The Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback responded: "I'm trying to stay fit, it's harder when you get older, so you can't take the same amount of time off as you used to. After so many seasons, I would take a few weeks off, a month off, month and a half.

"Now, 42, just to stay in shape, you've got to always be on the diets and sleep, and work outs if you want to look the right way.

"But, you know, I want to look good. I want my wife to wanna f*** me all the time!"

Aaron and Brittani made their relationship public in December 2024, and he revealed in June 2025 that they secretly got married "a couple of months" before the star was spotted wearing a wedding band at the Kentucky Derby in May 2025.

And the NFL player thinks the public interest in their relationship was "f****** bizarre" and accused the paparazzi of "stalking" him and "flying drones over [his] house".

Aaron - who even alleged there was a "bounty on getting a picture of my wife, which I think is very bizarre as well" - added on Wednesday's edition of The Pat McAfee Show: "I understand the attention that comes with somebody who's accomplished what I've accomplished.

"And so, in no way am I making this a 'woe is me.' But when it comes to your personal safety - and now it's not just me, it's me and her - it's really bizarre."

Aaron also hinted at starting a family with Brittani as he spoke about her privacy.

He said: "She didn't sign up for this b******* you know?

"She signed up because she loves me and she supports me, and she wants to spend the rest of our lives together and start a family together.

"She didn't sign up to be out front, you know, a social media WAG. She doesn't want any of that b******* and I don't either.

"And I was with that, which is even more telling. Like, do you understand? I was with it. I lived that life. I didn't like it."

Aaron also revealed that he met his spouse in 2017 and knew she was the one.

He said: "I knew that there was something crazy special about this, and I wanted to be with her.

"And she would make funny comments like, 'I would never live in Green Bay,' and 'I don't want to be a player's wife.' She's just not a public person."
