    Manchester City's talismanic midfielder Kevin De Bruyne will be out for four to six weeks with a hamstring injury suffered in the midweek win over Aston Villa.

    Leicester striker Jamie Vardy requires surgery on a persistent hip injury and will be out for a few weeks.
