    A man sought by Police for firearms offending in Otago's Clutha District has been found dead

    A man sought by Police for firearms offending in Otago's Clutha District has been found dead


    Police began searching for the man about 9am yesterday.

    Overnight, specialised squads descended on a rural property - and entered the house about 10 this morning.

    He was found dead inside.

    His death will be referred to the Coroner, and Police will assist with the inquiries.
