    Police have arrested a man they were seeking in the rural Gisborne district


    Sonny Kennedy was cuffed at the front of his body - and being walked by officers at a Whakarau Road property -- south-east of Matawai yesterday.

    Police say the 36-year-old returned home shortly after 11pm and was arrested without incident.
