Celebrations over a record high - for New Zealand's exports

In the year to June, 100 billion dollars worth of goods were exported - 60 billion of that made up of food and fibre.

teh figures also jumped in the June quarter - with exports up 10 percent on the same quarter the year before.

Trade Minister Todd McClay says Government moves to grow trade are working.

He says more exports mean more growth - and make the country more resilient and prosperous.
