    Police are seeking information about the death of a motorcycle rider - who'd crashed into a parked car in Whanganui's Castlecliff on Sunday


    The 25-year-old man's bike was taken by a group of people on motorbikes, before emergency services arrived.

    Police are seeking dashcam and CCTV footage captured near Seafront Road between two and six pm.
