    It's being suggested it's not uncommon for information and details to evolve, when there's heightened emotion


    The Ministry of Health has confirmed the two women who have tested positive for covid-19 after arriving from the UK, did have contact with two friends on their drive from Auckland to Wellington.

    The ministry says the pair got lost on the Auckland motorway system and phoned the friends who provided them with the vehicle.

    They subsequently met and guided the pair to the correct motorway.

    Clinical psychologist Jacqui Maguire says when we're highly stressed, it's difficult to take on board information, store it and remember it.
