    The Cleveland Browns' hopes of securing a drought-breaking NFL playoff berth have taken a massive Covid-related hit

    The franchise has placed five players on their Covid-19 list after linebacker B.J. Goodson returned a positive test, and four others were found to be close contacts.

    The Browns' matchup with the New York Jets tomorrow will go ahead as scheduled.

    If results go their way, Cleveland will secure a playoff spot - for the first time since 2002 - with one week to spare.
