    Palmerston North fire crews are fighting to extinguish a blaze at a commercial building


    Fire and Emergency received multiple calls of smoke billowing out of the building on Featherston Street at around 7.45pm.

    Three crews arrived to find the several story building engulfed in flames-- but have now managed to mostly contain the blaze.

    All occupants are accounted for, and there are no reported injuries.
