    Police are treating the death of a child in Rotorua as unexplained


    Family took two siblings to Rotorua Hospital late this morning.

    The younger child died and the other is in a serious condition.

    An investigation is under way - including forensic examination of a Western Heights property -- and officers are speaking with family members.
