    New Zealand could send up to 18 athletes to July's World track and field Championships in Oregon


    Athletics New Zealand has named 18 athletes, eleven of which have been conditionally picked based on their world ranking.

    The team is headed by 2017 world champion shotputter Tom Walsh with fellow shotputter Jacko Gill, hammer throwers Julia Ratcliffe and Lauren Bruce, sprinter Zoe Hobbs and shotputter Maddi Wesche also confirmed.
