Enquiries are underway in Rotorua, after a woman was found dead and two others were critically injured in what Police say are "linked incidents"

Enquiries are underway in Rotorua, after a woman was found dead and two others were critically injured in what Police say are "linked incidents"

Police were called to a serious assault in Western Heights yesterday morning, where two people were rushed to hospital.

They were then called to do a welfare check at a property in Utuhina yesterday afternoon, where they found a woman dead.

A homicide investigation has been launched and scene examinations are underway.

Police say a person is assisting them with their enquiries, and they're aren't seeking anyone else.
