A homicide investigation's under way - into a woman's death in a crash in Hamilton

A homicide investigation's under way - into a woman's death in a crash in Hamilton

Police say the 30-year-old was standing next to a power pole hit by a vehicle this morning - on the corner of Melville's Ohaupo Road and Kahikatea Drive.

It had earlier been reported two vehicles were involved.

Investigators and specialists remain at the scene, and the road's likely to be closed for some time.
