ANZ's reacting staunchly to a Consumer survey ranking them poorly among customers

The bank scored 57 percent for customer satisfaction.

Respondents expressed disappointment over fee interest, responsible lending and value for money.

ANZ says internal research shows customer satisfaction levels are improving - and it's enquiring about how Consumer NZ's research was done.
