Millie Mackintosh has made a list of intentions to start off 2021

The 'Made In Chelsea' star admits it is "tough times" at the moment for everyone but she has decided to set some intentions for the next 12 months and use them as "stepping stones towards clear goals"

Writing on her Instagram page, she shared: "To me 2021 does not feel like the year for making resolutions because I know I categorically won’t keep them ...

"These are tough times! So, I’ve decided to take the valuable lessons I’ve learnt from 2020 into 2021 in the form of intentions, using them as stepping stones towards clear goals I have, that way if the parameters move, I can navigate without beating myself up. These are my intentions below, I hope some of them can be helpful to you too! I will not compare myself to others - it's a real kill joy and waste of energy. I will live in the moment - being present and not worrying about what I can’t control. I will read more ... a whole book would be amazing! I will make sure to have some me time so I can be the best wife and mother possible."

The 31-year-old star - who has Sienna, eight months, with her husband Hugo Taylor - has vowed to "prioritise" time to explore the UK when the pandemic restrictions are lifted.

Giving her goals, she added: "I will keep up running outside and increase my distance and endurance. I will prioritise time spent in and around nature and explore more of the uk (when restrictions allow). I will mentally stimulated - listen to more inspiring podcasts ... I will do my best to stay healthy mentally and physically ...

"I will remember to appreciate and find joy the little things ... I will check in with friends and family more, enhance the conversation around mental health."
