Parliament has been given details of the dates and contents of former Minister Clare Curran's emails from her private Gmail account - relating to the appointment of the Government's Chief Technology Officer

But Acting State Services Minister Grant Robertson did not bring in the emails, as the Speaker directed yesterday.
Robertson was asked whether he agrees with a comment Chris Hipkins made in Opposition - that the only conclusion to be drawn from Ministers using private gmail addresses for Government business, is that they have something to hide.
His response was that on becoming ministers, MPs learn they receive a lot of correspondence, from a lot of different sources, to a lot of different places.
