The inquest into the murder of a five-year old Christchurch boy will continue today

Leon Jayet-Cole - who had autism - died in Christchurch Hospital in 2015.
Coroner Brigitte Windley opened the second half of the inquest into his death yesterday - after earlier establishing Leon died from more than 44 injuries including major head trauma.
This part of the inquest focuses on whether agencies failed to secure Leon's welfare.
Police are set to continue this morning, followed by the Canterbury District Health Board, Oranga Tamariki, Leon's father and mother.
His stepfather James Roberts was charged with his murder - but died before his trial began.
