There's plenty keeping men's Black Sticks defender Shea McAleese busy in lockdown

There's plenty keeping men's Black Sticks defender Shea McAleese busy in lockdown

The 35-year-old is in Hawke's Bay with his wife, former Olympic kayaker Jamie Lovett, while the hockey Pro League remains suspended due to Covid-19.

McAleese says his 7-week old daughter and husky-German Shephard cross are keeping him on his toes.

McAleese adds despite planning on retiring after the now postponed Tokyo Games, he's aiming to head along next year.
