Hockey's FIH Pro League has been extended until June 2021

Hockey's FIH Pro League has been extended until June 2021

The second edition of the annual global league sees the world's best men's and women's teams play home and away legs.

It was initially set to run from January to June 2020, however the impact of Covid-19 has meant there hasn't been much action this year.

The International Hockey Federation says the longer campaign takes into account the postponed Tokyo Olympics, World Health Organisation advice and the desire to have the product on display.

An official return date hasn't been set.
