Trade Me Property's expecting a huge spike in rental demand after a market slowdown from covid 19.
Spokesman Aaron Clancy says Kiwis have had seven weeks to rethink their living arrangements.
He says there was no ability to move during lock-down, but now with the market opening back up and more stock available, tenants will have a lot of options.
