A last-minute legal decision cleared the way for Sydney's 'Stop All Black Deaths in Custody' rally to go ahead, 12 minutes before it was due to start

The late decision by the Court of Appeal meant protesters - who had already gathered - could not be arrested for blocking roads along the planned route.
Organiser Raul Bassi asked the Court of Appeal to overturn the decision of Supreme Court Justice Desmond Fagan made on Friday night.
Chief Justice Tom Bathurst said the reasons for the decision would be published early next week.
