A returnee from France has tested positive for Covid-19 - and is being quarantined in Auckland

The person flew via Singapore and arrived on September 25, and tested positive on their third day in isolation.

There are 17 people in Auckland's quarantine facility from the community, including nine patients and their households.

One person is in Middlemore hospital, isolating on a general ward.

The Ministry of Health reports 12 patients have now recovered - bringing our active cases to 44.
