White supremacist Philip Arps is asking authorities to pay his legal bill - after being cleared of loitering near a mosque during sentencing for the Christchurch gunman

Arps was on release from prison for spreading footage of the shootings during Brenton Tarrant 's August sentencing to jail without parole.
His bail conditions prohibited him going near mosques or Muslims - but his GPS tracker sounded near Linwood Islamic Centre
The 45-year-old was charged with breaching his release conditions - but last month, the charge was dropped.
Today at a cost hearing his lawyer argued checks revealed he was at a shop he visited regularly..
He now wants Corrections to pay his legal fees.
Judge Peter Rollo has reserved his decision.
