One of the country's top sportswomen has retired

One of the country's top sportswomen has retired

Bowls legend Jo Edwards has retired after two decades dominating the greens.

    Edwards says the time's right.

Jo Edwards won two World Championship and three Commonwealth Games gold medals and has represented New Zealand 646 times since debuting in 2001.

The America's Cup defender didn't disappoint.

That's American Magic skipper Terry Hutchinson's reaction after the unveiling of Team New Zealand's second AC75.

The boat to defend the Auld Mug has a different shape to its predecessor, with similarities to the British challenger Ineos Team UK in the bustle - the lump-like shape running along the hull - and Hutchinson's Patriot at the bow.

Rafael Nadal has kept alive his chances of a first ATP finals tennis title in London.

He's eliminated defending champion Stefanos Tsitsipas in three sets and will play Daniil Medvedev for a place in the final.
