    Police are appealing for information after a service station ram-raid in Rotoma, east of Rotorua, yesterday


    They say a red Ford Courier ute rammed the front entrance of the GAS station at 5.30am.

    Three people took cash and cigarettes - then drove off towards Kawerau.

    Police are asking for anyone who saw the ute - registration APW 847 about that time - to call 105 .
