A silver lining for whoever misses the hotly contested Finn class Olympic sailing nomination for New Zealand

Josh Junior and Andy Maloney will vie for the spot at next month's Finn Gold Cup in Portugal.

Junior says regardless of what happens in Portugal, they will both be heading to Tokyo.

Junior and Maloney are preparing to depart New Zealand next week for the opening round of Sail GP in Bermuda.
