There are calls for a police officer who shot a black man at a routine traffic stop to face more serious charges

There are calls for a police officer who shot a black man at a routine traffic stop to face more serious charges

Kim Potter says she accidentally shot Daunte Wright during a scuffle in Minnesota, instead of tasering him.

She's been arrested and will be charged with second degree manslaughter.

However, civil rights activist Reverend Al Sharpton says that's the least Potter should be charged with.

He wonders how she didn't know the difference between the size and weight of a gun and a taser after 26 years in the police.
