It's bye-bye beards ... for some Christchurch construction workers

As part of a new campaign - WorkSafe New Zealand has brought in a barber to shave workers at Hazeldine Construction.
It's to ensure respiratory protective equipment - or R.P.Es - closely fit their faces and prevent them inhaling harmful materials.
Worksafe says many workers wear RPE over beards or other facial hair - but even stubble can prevent a seal being formed.
