A cycling advocate claims the proposed 685-million dollar sky path has made a target of cyclists

A cycling advocate claims the proposed 685-million dollar sky path has made a target of cyclists

Cycling advocate Christine Rose believes New Zealanders have every right to be mad.

She says people are rightfully saying the money could fund nurses, hospital beds and go towards progress on the regional and national cycle network instead.
