    Four people are appearing in court today, over a firearms incident in Whangarei last month


    The group was arrested, during armed searches of six properties in Northland and Christchurch yesterday, following a drive-by shooting of a house in Kamo on May 7.

    During the search warrants in Christchurch, Police also located methamphetamine and more than 50-thousand dollars in cash.

    They've been charged with a number of serious driving, arson and organised crime offences.

    Two teenagers will appear in court in Christchurch today, while two men in their 40s will appear in court in Whangarei.

    Police aren't ruling out further arrests.
