A high-profile Auckland businessman's appealing his conviction for breaching the name suppression of Grace Millane's killer

A high-profile Auckland businessman's appealing his conviction for breaching the name suppression of Grace Millane's killer

Jesse Kempson's name was suppressed for several months - but during that time Leo Molloy posted it online.

He pleaded guilty to the breach - was fined 15-thousand dollars and ordered to undertake community service.

Now the Mayoral candidate and restaurateur has now asked the High Court to quash his conviction.

The judge has reserved his decision.
