Christchurch police are trying to track down the occupants of a car who fled the scene of a fatal crash

One person died after two cars collided at the intersection of Marshland and Mairehau Roads, just before 7.30 last night.

Police want to hear from anyone who saw a silver 2004 Nissan Navara around the time of the crash - and say they have strong leads.
