    Kiwi golfer Ryan Fox has moved further up the leaderboard, after carding a three under par 69 in the third round of the European Tour's Dutch Open


    He dropped just one shot all day while sinking four birdies.

    Fox moves up into a tie for 29th at seven under overall, 16 shots off the pace.
